This season is certainly exciting, but wedding planning can also be stressful and overwhelming. Don't fret, as I’m not just here to do a job as a photographer — I'm also here to act as a resource and advocate, supporting you both individually and as a couple.
I created the following guide to give you an overview of what it’s like to work with me and to share more information about the collections and optional add-ons I offer. If you have any additional questions or concerns after reading through it, please don’t hesitate to reach out via email.

The Experience
Step 1: Coffee Chat
Let's find some time to discuss the details. This includes pricing, overall ideas we can come up with together, and to hear what your story is so I can help to tailor this experience to you both.
Step 2: Let’s Make Things Official!
If you see that I am a good fit and you’d like to move forward, I’ll send you a proposal with a contract and invoice to make our partnership official. Once you submit it, your date is secured on my calendar and you can breathe a sigh of relief knowing you just booked your wedding photographer!
Step 3: Preparation
During the weeks and months leading up to your weddings, I’ll act as a personal guide, offering vendor recommendations, tips and tricks, and more. If you choose a collection with an engagement session, we’ll schedule it for a few months before your wedding, and create a detailed shot list for the day of.
Step 4: Engagement Photos!
It’s time to capture this special, fleeting season with beautiful photos! Your engagement session is a great opportunity to get comfortable with me, my camera, and to practice taking pictures as a couple. Plus, you can use the photos for Save the Dates, wedding websites, and more!
Step 5: THE BIG DAY!
The big day has finally arrived. It’s going to be great! I’ll get to your venue early to scout out the layout and lighting. Thanks to all the planning and prep we’ve done, you can simply relax and enjoy the moment while I do my thing!
Step 6: Gallery Delivery
I’ll send you a few sneak peek photos within a few days of your wedding to get you excited, then your full gallery will be delivered 8-12 weeks later. You can download and print them yourself, or I can create an heirloom-quality photo album for you. Pro tip: Plan a date night with your new spouse to look through the photos together and relive the joy of that day all over again!
What To Expect on The Big Day
The more thorough planning we do beforehand, the more you can go on ‘autopilot’ the day of your wedding and simply stay present! I’ve created a sample timeline below to help you visualize the flow of your wedding day as it pertains to photography. We’ll chat about any unique needs/wishes you may have on your consult call, and then we’ll go over your timeline together several weeks before your wedding to make sure we’re on the same page and ready to go.

With years of experience as a photographer and weddings under my belt, you can rest easy knowing that no matter which collection you choose, your big day is in good hands and your final photographs will be frame-worthy.
Note: I understand that weddings can cost a LOT. I am flexible and am willing to negotiate details on packages as needed! So don't fret if you see something you like in one but it may be above your budget.

As a licensed FAA Aerial Pilot, Having a drone on hand truly creates for some awe inspiring images. These will be sure to make you wonder if you really are in a movie. Note: This service is weather and venue dependent and will result in a 50% refund if I am unable to fly on the day of.
